Banana, Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie
Banana, Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie ‘Tasty Chocolate Milk’
I used to make smoothies for the kids and it would be really hit and miss as to whether or not they’d drink them. I have since learnt not to call them ‘smoothies’. When I make this recipe, I tell the twins I am making tasty chocolate milk. I’ll leave the banana, chocolate and avocado smoothies for the adults.
I have some different smoothie/bowl recipes too, if this chocolate one doesn’t tickle your fancy;

34g of fat in just a small cup!
Norah isn’t a big eater, so I really need to find ways to pack as much as I can into her little servings. I love this recipe because she drinks it, it has hidden goodness and it is so high in fat.
