You know the kids will be running back for more when you make them these delicious Triple Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat the oven to 180° and line a tray with baking paper.
Add the butter, peanut butter, honey, egg and vanilla paste to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Add the flour, cacao and baking powder to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined.
Fold through the milk chocolate chips.
Use and ice cream scoop to create evenly sized cookie dough balls on the lined baking tray.
Use the back of a wet metal spoon to flatten the tops of the cookie dough balls.
Press the dark chocolate chips evenly on the top of each flattened cookie dough ball.
Bake for 12 mins.
Allow to cool before serving.
Store in an air tight container, at room temperature.
