These Double Chocolate Muffins are the real deal! Perfect as they are or warmed up with some cream.
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Place patty pans into a muffin tray
Mix all the ingredients together except for the chocolate chips.
Once the ingredients are fully combined, add the chocolate chips and fold through.
Evenly fill the patty pans
Place in the oven for 30 mins
Allow to cool before serving. (They taste delicious warm, but come out of the patty pans better when they're cold.)
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
