Blitz the tahini with the juice of the lemon until it forms a smooth paste. You may need to scrape the sides down.
Add the garlic, extra virgin olive oil and spices and blitz to combine.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Add them to the bowl and blitz. You will need to scrape down the sides of the bowl several times.
Add the avocado and blitz until smooth. Again scraping down the sides as needed.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freeze in individual portions and pop out as needed.
