Ingredients

  • 40 g almond meal 21.9g of fat
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 40g of fat
  • 2 tbsp tinned coconut milk 4.8g of fat
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg 5g of fat

Topping

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 10g of fat
  • drizzle tinned coconut milk
  • 1 square milk or dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix together until fully incorporated.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a large microwave safe mug.

  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  4. Top with a spoon full of natural peanut butter, a drizzle of coconut milk and some shavings of chocolate.

    Share between 2.
