Banana Bread Bliss Balls; When you want all the flavour of banana bread, but don't want to wait for it to cook!

Ingredients

  • 150 g almond meal 82g of fat
  • 1 tbsp natural smooth peanut butter 9.8g of fat
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 120 g cashews 59g of fat
  • 60 g rolled oats 5.2g of fat
  • 40 g coconut flour 3.4g of fat
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 20g of fat
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 g 70% Dark Chocolate 41g of fat

Instructions

  1. Place all you ingredients except for the dark chocolate into the food processor.

  2. Once the ingredients are combined and resembles a sticky dough, place it into a medium sized mixing bowl.

  3. Finely chop the dark chocolate.

  4. Add the chocolate to the mixing bowl with the dough and mix it through evenly.

  5. Use a tablespoon sized measuring spoon to scoop up portions of the dough and roll it into balls.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Total fat content: approximately 220.4g of fat.

20 bliss balls at approximately 11g of fat per serve.
