Naturally sweetened chocolate mousse. Delicious and full of good fats.
Soak the dates in some hot water while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
You should be able to easily remove the pips and skin from the dates after soaking for a few minutes. Once they are ready, place them into a large jug.
Place the jug on top of your kitchen scales to easily weigh the rest of the ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients to the jug.
Blitz all the ingredients together until smooth.
Portion out the mousse into containers or moulds. They can be stored in the fridge and kept for up to 4 days or frozen and thawed when required later.
This makes 5, 110g serves (depending on the size of bananas) at approximately 15g of fat per serve.
