Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Tahini Smoothies

The twins’ absolute favourite smoothie; rich, protein packed, Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Tahini Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 9.9g of fat
  • 1 tbsp hulled tahini 12g of fat
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 200 ml full cream milk 9.4g of fat
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

  2. Pour into 2 cups (or pouches) and serve cold.

Recipe Notes

Total fat content: Approximately 31.3g of fat.

Serves 2 at approximately 15.65g of fat per serve.
