Choc Hazelnut Quinoa Porridge; puts a new spin on an old favourite (not to mention, it tastes way better!)
Place the quinoa and coconut oil into a medium sized saucepan on a medium heat. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add the coconut milk and stir to combine then turn the heat down and cover.
Keep a close eye on the porridge. After about 5 minutes, you may need to take the lid of and stir frequently so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.
Once the porridge has been cooking for about 20 mins, add the rest of the ingredients and stir to fully combine.
Turn off the heat and return the lid. Allow to sit for 5 more minutes before serving.
Total fat content: approximately 124g.
Makes 5 serves at approximately 25g of fat per serve.
