Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Quick, delicious smoothie.  Great for breakfast on the run.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml full cream milk 3.8g of fat
  • 1 banana
  • 20 g tahini 12g of fat
  • 40 g natural smooth peanut butter 20g of fat
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 4.7g of fat
  • 20 ml coconut oil 20g of fat

Instructions

  1. Place a jug on top of the scales for easier measuring of ingredients. 

  2. Add all the ingredients to the jug and blitz with the stick blender.

Recipe Notes

This recipe made 2 small child portions at approximately 20g of fat per serve.

You could also use a food processor to blitz the ingredients.
