Ingredients

  • 400 g avocado 84.8g of fat
  • 125 g natural, smooth peanut butter 59.5g of fat
  • 100 g butter 82g of fat
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 80 g dark baking chocolate 33.3g of fat

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Line a baking tin with baking paper.

  3. Place all the ingredients except for the dark chocolate into the food processor and blitz until smooth.

  4. Cut the chocolate into small chunks and fold through the batter.

  5. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 25-30 mins.

  6. Remove from tin and allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
