Apple Pie Bliss Balls

These Apple Pie Bliss Balls have all of the flavour without the cook time! They're absolutely delicious and perfect for on the go.

Ingredients

  • 100 g dried apple
  • 100 g raw walnuts 69g of fat
  • 100 g rolled oats 8.7g of fat
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter 32.8g of fat
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the dried apple into the food processor and blitz until the apple has broken down into tiny sticky pieces.

  2. Add the walnuts and process until quite fine.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until the mixture becomes quite sticky and easily sticks together when you pinch it.

  4. Use a tablespoon measure to scoop out the mixture and form into balls.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Makes 16 bliss balls at approximately 6.9g of fat per ball.
